All orders are shipped from India to the delivery address provided at checkout using trusted third-party courier partners.

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Vie Sutra is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, logistical challenges, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If exchanging for an item of higher value, along with a shipping charge of ₹99, must be paid to confirm the exchange request; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note which can be used within 30 days. Cash on delivery is not available for exchange orders.
