RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Return / Refund (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Returns or refunds are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Damaged fabric
  • Stitching defects
  • Incorrect product sent by us
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Personal preference
  • Fit issues
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

Manufacturing Defect Claim Process

To raise a defect-related request:

  • A clear, unedited 360-degree unboxing video must be shared
  • The video must clearly show:
  • The defect
  • Original tags and packaging
  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted

Approval & Brand Acceptance

All return, refund, or exchange requests are subject to review and approval by the Vie Sutra team. Once verified, the next steps will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original mode of payment, or
  • As store credit, as mutually agreed

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.

Size or Color Exchange Policy

  • Size or color exchanges are allowed
  • All shipping charges (to & fro) must be borne by the customer
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability

Same-Day Exchange Option

Same-day exchange may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised on the day of delivery
  • Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Subject to stock availability and internal approval

Requests raised after the delivery day may still be considered at Vie Sutra’s discretion.

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted

Sale, Discounted & Special Items

  • Discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable .
  • Customized items (when applicable in future) will not be eligible for return or refund .

Undelivered Orders & Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery the order will be placed on hold. We will attempt to contact you via phone and email. You may need to contact us to proceed further.

Policy Updates & Acceptance

Vie Sutra reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
